Create the submission
Open the OpenAI Platform, choose Create plugin, then Skills only, and upload the ZIP.
Review and publish
Add your listing, identity, five positive and three negative tests, availability, and attestations. Submit for review, then publish after approval.
Keep secrets outside the plugin.Every person should connect their own Simple Host account. Do not place API keys, email codes, local config files, or private project data in the ZIP.
